1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how Victory MH Consulting LLC ("Victory MH Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit victorymhconsulting.com, enroll in the Insurance Credentialing & Enrollment Course (the "Course"), or communicate with us.

We keep this simple on purpose. We collect very little, we do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or tracking programs.

By enrolling in the Course or using our website, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the site.

2. IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT CLIENT AND PATIENT INFORMATION

The Course is designed for licensed and pre-licensure mental health professionals. We do not collect, request, process, or store protected health information (PHI) about your clients or patients.

Please do not include any client or patient names, records, session details, or other identifying information in emails, support requests, comments, or any other communication with us. If you send us information of this kind, we will delete it and ask you to resend your question without it.

Nothing in this Policy or in the Course creates a business associate relationship under HIPAA between you and Victory MH Consulting LLC.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Information you give us directly

When you enroll in the Course or contact us, we may collect:

- Your name

- Your email address

- Your professional license type and practice information, if you choose to share it

- Billing and payment details, which are collected and processed by our payment processor and are described in Section 3.3

- The content of any messages, questions, or support requests you send us

3.2 Information collected automatically

Our course platform collects limited technical and usage information, including:

- Course progress, such as which lessons you have opened or completed

- Login dates and times

- Device type, browser type, and general location inferred from IP address

- Which downloadable resources you have accessed

We use this to deliver the Course, provide support, and understand which material students find most useful.

3.3 Payment information

Course payments are processed by our course platform and its payment processor. We do not receive, see, or store your full credit card or bank account numbers. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your name, email, and in some cases the last four digits of the payment method.

Payment processing is governed by the payment processor's own privacy policy.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Course. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us:

- Thinkific, for course hosting, student accounts, progress tracking, and content delivery

- Our payment processor, accessed through Thinkific, for processing course payments

- Our email service provider, for sending enrollment confirmations and course-related notices

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

- Give you access to the Course and its downloadable resources

- Send you enrollment confirmations, receipts, and account notices

- Respond to your questions and provide support

- Notify you when Course content is updated or corrected

- Maintain the security and integrity of the Course

- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We send you email only in connection with the Course.

This includes enrollment confirmations, receipts, password resets, access notices, and notices about corrections or updates to Course content. These are necessary to deliver what you purchased, and you cannot opt out of them while you have active access to the Course.

We do not send marketing or promotional email, and we do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

If we ever begin sending Course-related updates beyond the notices described above, every such email will include an unsubscribe link, and opting out will not affect your Course access.

7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our website and course platform use cookies that are necessary to make the site work, including:

- Keeping you logged in

- Remembering your place in the Course

- Maintaining security and preventing fraudulent access

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking for marketing purposes. We do not run advertising programs.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Course may not function correctly if you do.

8. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share personal information only in these situations:

- With the service providers listed in Section 4, only as needed to operate the Course

- When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process

- To protect rights and safety, where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person

- In a business transfer, if Victory MH Consulting LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months.

9. DATA RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as you have access to the Course, and afterward as needed to:

- Maintain records of your enrollment and purchase

- Meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, which generally require retaining transaction records for several years

- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or render it anonymous.

10. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established platforms with their own security programs for course hosting and payment processing.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk.

11. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Access the personal information we hold about you

- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete

- Delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations

- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 30 to 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Please note that deleting your account information will end your access to the Course, and no refund is available. See our Terms of Use.

Residents of certain U.S. states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, have the rights described above under their respective state laws. California residents also have the right to know the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for collection, both of which are described in Sections 3 and 5.

Individuals in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are located in the EEA or UK, we process your personal information on the basis of contract, where processing is necessary to deliver the Course you purchased, and legitimate interests, where processing supports the security and improvement of the Course. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Course is intended for licensed and pre-licensure mental health professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

13. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Course references and links to third-party websites, including government portals, payer websites, and credentialing systems. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled students by email.

Your continued use of the Course after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
